We appreciate your business, so we would always prefer to have the opportunity to help you when you encounter difficulties or are not satisfied with our service. Please tell us about your experience so we can understand the challenge you are having and seek to turn you into a loyal customer at your point of customer rescue!

Having said this, if you are not completely satisfied with your service and wish to cancel, we will refund your most recent month's subscription. In this event, and in order to serve our other customers better, we would appreciate an explanation as to why you are not satisfied.
